After successfully launching and exiting his first venture in North Carolina, he went on to build and lead businesses in Tennessee and Michigan over the past 13 years, gaining firsthand experience in growth strategy, operational scalability, and long-term value creation.

Jeff Royce started his real estate career after getting his MBA in 2005 when he went to work as a developer for Novare Group in Atlanta, Georgia. After successfully helping develop residential towers in Atlanta, Nashville, and Austin, he spent some time with Opus South until relocating his family to Grand Rapids, Michigan. After serving as Director of a local technology incubator, he then served as President of a local Internet Service Provider (ISP). Over the past 5+ years, Jeff has consulted and developed a 120-unit apartment complex on the west side of Grand Rapids. He now looks to leverage this variety of real estate experience as a commercial broker with Cushman Wakefield.

Born and raised in Davison, Michigan and now based in East Lansing, Steve holds a finance degree from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA from Michigan State University. He brings a diverse background in entrepreneurship, finance, and mergers and acquisitions, with experience in investment, lending, and asset liquidation. Steve has worked with business owners across diverse industries, applying disciplined valuation, thoughtful negotiation, and relationship-driven strategies to support growth, transitions, and successful transactions.
